Return and Exchange Policy
Fayoum Oasis is committed to ensuring product quality and safety. As our products are food items and perishable by nature, this policy has been established to protect the customer’s rights while also safeguarding the products from misuse.
1. Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Allowed
A return or exchange request will be accepted only in the following cases:

Receiving a damaged or spoiled product due to an error in packaging or during shipping.

Receiving a product different from what was ordered (type or weight).

Discovering a clear defect in product quality upon opening.
Note:
Returns will not be accepted if the damage results from improper storage by the customer or if the product was left in unsuitable conditions after opening.
2. Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Accepted

Leaving the product outside the refrigerator or storing it in an unsuitable place.

Opening the package and consuming a significant portion without a valid issue.

A long delay after delivery without reporting any problem.

Product expiration caused by improper storage after opening.

Clear signs of misuse or attempts to exploit the policy.
3. Conditions for Submitting a Return Request
To have a request considered, the customer must:

Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Provide clear photos of the product and its packaging.
-
Keep the product and its packaging until the review process is completed.

Provide the order number and contact details.
Failure to meet these conditions gives the company the right to reject the request.
4. Return Request Processing
Once your request is received:

The complaint will be reviewed within 48 hours.

If the issue is due to an error by the company or the shipping process, one of the following solutions will be provided:

Replacement with a new product

Issuing a store credit of equal value

Refund (subject to case evaluation)

If no error is found or if the issue is due to improper storage, the request will be declined with an apology.
5. Customer Responsibility Upon Receiving the Order
The customer is responsible for:

Checking the integrity of the packaging upon delivery.

Storing the product immediately and correctly:

Products requiring refrigeration: must be placed in the refrigerator immediately.

Dry products: must be stored in a cool, dry place.

Reviewing the order contents immediately and reporting any issues within 24 hours.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in rejection of the return request.
